Losmagz keeps pricing simple and honest: you pay by the minute, and only for what you use. No subscriptions, no coins, no gifts, no gimmicks.

How it works

• Prepaid credits. You buy credits measured in minutes. Larger packages include better value and, where offered, extra bonus minutes.
• Pay per minute. Paid video calls draw from your balance per minute while connected. When you're not on a paid call, you're not spending.
• Top up any time. Add more minutes whenever you like — your balance never resets on a subscription cycle because there is no subscription.
• Transparent checkout. The price and number of minutes are shown clearly before you pay. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Bonus & reward minutes

On top of the minutes you buy, you can earn free bonus minutes as you go through our milestone rewards program. Bonus minutes are promotional, have no cash value, and are added straight to your balance. See the rewards page for current milestones and how to unlock them.

Refunds & billing

Consumed minutes are non-refundable; unused purchased credits may be refundable in limited cases. Full details are in our Refund & Billing Policy.
