How does Losmagz work?

Create an account, add credits, and press start. Losmagz instantly connects you with the next available verified woman on a private 1-to-1 video call — no swiping, no waiting. You can keep chatting by text after the call, too.

How do credits and billing work?

Are calls private? Are they recorded?

Your calls are end-to-end encrypted and are not recorded by us. We never store the audio or video of your conversations. Recording or screenshotting another member is strictly prohibited under our Community Rules.

What languages are supported?

Losmagz includes live two-way translation across 15 languages, generated in real time so you can talk naturally with people around the world — even if you don't share a language.

Is Losmagz safe?

How do I get bonus minutes?

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion at any time via the contact page. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data we're not legally required to keep, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can I get a refund?
